Alexander built Blackbox CLC after teaching cyber in a high-school CTE classroom and watching the same problem show up in bootcamps and corporate onboarding: material written by people who have never done the work, or by people who have never taught it.
The curriculum is written and updated by a senior practitioner who still stands in front of a room. Every module, lab, and rubric is shaped by that constraint - it has to teach, and it has to stay honest about the job.
