What is a cybersecurity CTE curriculum?

It is the teachable sequence a high school or CTE program uses for a cybersecurity pathway — foundations through defender depth, with labs, assessment, and (ideally) standards mapping. A framework document alone is not enough; teachers need packs they can run.
